Return & Refund Policy

At Honey Badger Hulk, we take pride in offering premium oversized gymwear t-shirts from our base in Bardhaman, West Bengal, India. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your oversized gym t-shirt doesn’t meet your expectations, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process seamless and hassle-free for customers across India and beyond.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return your oversized gymwear t-shirts within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized oversized gym t-shirts.

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional events (unless specified otherwise).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care or wear and tear.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Call or Email us at +91-8509584485 / honeybadgerhulk6@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

  2. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to our warehouse in DUBRAJDIGHI NORTH, BAJEPRATAPPUR, CITY - BURDWAN, PIN - 713101, DISTRICT: PURBA BARDHAMAN, WEST BENGAL, INDIA at your cost. Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the returned oversized gym t-shirt within 7 business days. If approved, we’ll notify you via email.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or an exchange will be shipped based on availability.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 15-20 business days after approval, excluding original shipping fees.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI or bank account for COD orders).

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for oversized gymwear t-shirts within India, subject to availability.

  • Contact us to confirm the desired size before shipping the return.

  • Return shipping is at your cost, but we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item within India.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective oversized gym t-shirt, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
